Who Are Bilkis Bano Rapists?
According to the available information on the Internet, NDTV’s examination discloses that between 2017 to 2021, at least four witnesses in the Bilkis Bano case registered complaints and FIRs against the criminals. NDTV accessed one FIR and two police complaints. As per the report, the FIRs were filed against two of the criminals on 6 July 2020 and the criminals identified as Radheshyam Shah and Miteshbhai Bhatt while they were out on parole.
The FIR was pointed at Radhilkapur police station in Dahod under Sections 354, 504, 506, and 114 of the Indian Penal Code by Saberaben Patel and a witness in the Bikis Bano case, Pintubhai.
